The companion pet Horde Balloon is the result of a low level quest called Blown Away, where you have to collect Windswept Balloons from around Orgrimmar. The quest starts from Jaga in the Valley of Wisdom. The balloons are all very easy to find if you actually check up in the winding tunnel in the north side of the zone. I found all 5 balloons there quickly and became the owner of this Horde Balloon within minutes. 🙂
